Return/Refund Policy - IGH Supply
At IGH Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 970-945-2469 or sales@ighsupply.com. We respond to most inquiries within one business day.
Return Eligibility
- Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original unopened packaging, and include all parts (cords, controllers, etc.). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
- Authorization: You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
- Limitations: Only one item per order is eligible for return.
Shipping & Fees
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to all returns and cancellations made after an order has processed.
- Seller Error: If we ship the wrong or faulty item, IGH Supply will cover all standard return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items
IGH Supply is not responsible for merchandise lost, stolen, or damaged during transit or at the time of delivery. If your item was stolen or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Warranties
After purchase, products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. While IGH Supply will assist you in coordinating with the supplier for repairs or replacements, the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for fulfilling warranty claims.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit has been issued.
